Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Shelbourne Personal Care. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, including resident census, emergency contact information, and other relevant data.
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assist with resident admissions, including processing paperwork and coordinating with other departments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
