Position Overview:
As the Athletic Complex Operations Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily functions of the facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Opening and closing the facility, ensuring compliance with established regulations and policies.
  • Providing assistance and guidance to patrons, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns.
  • Supporting the management of various amenities including athletic fields, picnic areas, parking facilities, restrooms, playgrounds, bike paths, and walking trails.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of the complex to ensure adherence to park rules and regulations.
  • Monitor security measures for buildings and fields, responding promptly to any emergencies.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility by performing tasks such as litter collection, trash disposal, restroom sanitation, and safety inspections.
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in public service.
  • Familiarity with park operations or similar environments is preferred.
  • Demonstrated reliability, self-motivation, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks consistently, including:
  • Walking or running on uneven surfaces.
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting moderate to heavy items.
