Position Summary: We are seeking dedicated Full-Time/Part-Time Senior Floor Technicians to oversee and execute floor care operations in various commercial settings. This role involves not only performing cleaning tasks but also supervising a team of floor technicians to ensure high standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the floor care team to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all cleaning activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
