Job Overview:
  As a Community Liaison Specialist at FirstService Residential, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our assigned Community Association. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer service concerns and maintaining open communication with Board members and homeowners.

This opportunity is available at a property in the Streeterville neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide staff support to ensure that the needs or desires of homeowners, Board members, and management are being addressed.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards in all interactions with residents, vendors, staff, and colleagues with knowledge and enforcement of Community Governing Documents.
  • Process work order requests issued by owners, maintenance teams, and management. Monitor progress and follow up as needed to close each work order to completion.
  • Data entry including contact information, emergency details, and insurance certificates for unit owners. Update information as necessary and distribute quarterly.
  • Create and distribute important communications to homeowners, including scheduled maintenance notices, rule reminders, holiday notifications, meeting updates, and other pertinent association business information.
  • Manage the office calendar to reflect move-ins and move-outs, deliveries, meetings, inspections, scheduled maintenance, and time off.
  • Faxing, scanning, and filing documents as directed by management.
  • Develop new owner packets, including ClickPay and Cable information, data entry for new homeowners, and emergency contacts.
