ATA Services, Inc. is in search of a dedicated full-time Office Coordinator to provide essential support for our client, Vermont's Economic Services Division.


Compensation:
$17 per hour.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support to the Administrative Technician.
- Evaluation of applications, submissions, and various documents.
- Execution of diverse office management tasks, including welcoming clients and staff, reviewing and processing invoices, and directing requests for services or information to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
Proficient computer skills, including data entry and expertise in MS Excel and MS Word are essential.
