Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the requirements of patients, healthcare providers, facilities, and insurance payors to ensure all necessary outcomes are achieved.
- Manage office schedules effectively and serve as a liaison among relevant departments, external resources, and individuals to facilitate proper preparation arrangements.

Minimum Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- An Associate's Degree is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office setting is required.
- Prior experience in direct clinical patient interaction, such as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), Medical Assistant (MA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or similar roles is beneficial.

Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of medical terminology is essential.
- Proficient in advanced computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
- Familiarity with CPT/ICD9/ICD 10 coding is advantageous.

Compensation:
