Role Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This person will be responsible for managing customer orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer orders from start to finish, including processing, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the order process.
  • Communicate with subcontracted installers to ensure efficient job execution.
