Job Description:
Courtyard Nashville Green Hills is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison and Front Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and ensuring that all guest experiences are seamless and enjoyable.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include daily pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, term life insurance, paid time off, and an employee assistance program.
About the Job:
This is a full-time opportunity with regular hours, including evenings and weekends. As a Customer Service Liaison and Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests
- Managing front office operations, including check-ins and check-outs
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Suggesting improvements to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
