Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to drive higher levels of sales skill development, execution, and efficiencies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing front-line sales leaders, improving sales performance management, and driving sales leadership development.

About the Role
  • Drive higher levels of sales skill development, execution, and efficiencies in sales performance coaching, sales performance management, and sales leadership development.
  • Develop front-line sales leaders through enhanced leadership skills, 1-1 front-line sales coaching, and driving a higher level of sales performance.
  • Leverage various tools to ensure VPs, Directors, GSMs, and NHSMs use correct information and data to drive high-performing sales organizations.
  • Partner with Ashton Woods Learning, Training, and Development Director and Ashton Woods Learning Manager on learning and training strategy for monthly GSM and CSM development training sessions.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in sales leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years direct sales leadership experience at the manager level or higher, with experience managing a team of customer-facing sales consultants and front-line sales leaders.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This position is hybrid and can be based out of our headquarters in Atlanta or one of our other locations.
