We are seeking a talented leader to join our team as the Regional Director Sales at the Primrose School of Johns Creek Northwest. As a key member of our leadership team, this individual will be responsible for driving growth, developing effective people management skills, and ensuring parent and teacher satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN FTE ENROLLMENT AT 90% +
- ENSURE PARENT AND TEACHER SATISFACTION AND RETENTION
- CONDUCT CLEAR WEEKLY FACE-TO-FACE DISCUSSIONS AND PROVIDE CLEAR PLANS AND REPORTS ON CURRENT STATUS AND PLANS TO ADDRESS GAPS
- WORKS TO BUILD SCHOOL AS THE BEST CHOICE FOR STUDENTS IN THE LOCATION
Requirements
- A TRACK RECORD OF BUILDING AND MAINTAINING AVERAGE ANNUAL SCHOOL ENROLLMENT ABOVE 90% CONSISTENTLY OVER 3 YEARS AS THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCHOOL
- TAKES COMPLETE OWNERSHIP OF AND IMPLEMENTS A ROBUST ENROLLMENT PROCESS
- CONSISTENTLY DEMONSTRATES EFFECTIVE PEOPLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS WHEN DEALING WITH STAFF, CHILDREN, AND PARENTS
