Job Description

The Regional Director Sales will be responsible for driving growth and development at the Primrose School of Johns Creek Northwest. This individual will focus on building and maintaining enrollment, ensuring parent and teacher satisfaction, and developing effective people management skills.


Responsibilities
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN FTE ENROLLMENT AT 90% +
  • ENSURE PARENT AND TEACHER SATISFACTION AND RETENTION
  • CONDUCT CLEAR WEEKLY FACE-TO-FACE DISCUSSIONS AND PROVIDE CLEAR PLANS AND REPORTS ON CURRENT STATUS AND PLANS TO ADDRESS GAPS
  • WORKS TO BUILD SCHOOL AS THE BEST CHOICE FOR STUDENTS IN THE LOCATION

Requirements
  • A TRACK RECORD OF BUILDING AND MAINTAINING AVERAGE ANNUAL SCHOOL ENROLLMENT ABOVE 90% CONSISTENTLY OVER 3 YEARS AS THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCHOOL
  • TAKES COMPLETE OWNERSHIP OF AND IMPLEMENTS A ROBUST ENROLLMENT PROCESS
  • CONSISTENTLY DEMONSTRATES EFFECTIVE PEOPLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS WHEN DEALING WITH STAFF, CHILDREN, AND PARENTS
