Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive sales professional to join our team at AliMed. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales strategy to achieve growth objectives in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts and foster new partnerships by engaging with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Update and manage records within the company CRM, ensuring all interactions with customers are logged.
  • Partner with independent sales teams to target the Acute and Ambulatory Surgery Center market.
  • Collaborate with distributor sales representatives to boost sales growth.
  • Produce monthly sales reports highlighting sales volume, potential sales, and strategies for client expansion.
  • Monitor competitor activities and products to identify opportunities and ensure competitiveness.
  • Showcase proficiency in closing complex sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of AliMed products, services, and their value propositions to align with customer needs.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, set clear deadlines, and ensure delivery of high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in sales with Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Contracting in the Acute Care market.
  • Data analysis proficiency for trend identification.
  • Expertise in strategic and product-based sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to >10 lbs.
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly.
  • Travel required for this position is 75%.
