Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Regional Territory Manager Americas to lead our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for managing sales and customer support activities across the Americas, working closely with senior partners to coach, mentor, and develop the team.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and report on all sales activity and results, preparing annual sales budgets and quarterly YEFCs by customer, product, and territory.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and market segments within the territory, increasing sales growth and maximizing market potential.
- Select and develop sales staff to ensure smooth growth and support company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, with an MBA a plus.
- 10 years of experience with significant experience in sales at a senior level.
- Strong business and finance background and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent personal relationships.
