Job Summary:

JobRialto is seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, scheduling appointments, and handling patient calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check patients in and out, and schedule appointments with healthcare providers
  • Answer and triage patient calls, providing accurate and timely information
  • Work in our electronic health record system, EPIC, to manage patient data and communicate with healthcare teams
  • Process referrals, precertifications, and other administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a healthcare customer service or medical office setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams
  • Proficiency in EPIC or other electronic health record systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
