Job Opportunity

Hartwig Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing inside sales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the additive manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to uncover new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the manufacturing industry
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales engineering team to provide technical support and solutions to customers
  • Participate in sales blitz activities and open houses to drive attendance and engagement

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales environment
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and additive manufacturing technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • BS/BA degree in a related field
