Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialty Sales Representative to join our team at Medly Pharmacy. As a Rheumatology Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in expanding the availability of accessible healthcare for our patients by reaching out to specialty providers to share the value and impact of our services.

About the Role

This is a highly visible position, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals for their area. As a Medical Sales Specialist, you will use your talent to have a positive impact in the daily lives of patients. You will be working with a human-centered digital pharmacy that prioritizes patient well-being, delivering prescriptions to patients at prices they can afford - regardless of income, lifestyle, language, or diagnosis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specialty providers and other key stakeholders
  • Provide education and support to patients and healthcare professionals about our services and products
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside medical/pharmaceutical sales experience required
  • 1+ years of experience within rheumatology focus area
  • Excellent selling/persuasive/presentation skills
  • Strong customer focus, demonstrated teamwork/collaboration
  • Computer proficiency
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy industry
