Job DescriptionCSS is seeking a highly effective Business Development Representative to develop and execute sales strategies and attract new clients. This position will be responsible for developing and nurturing lead sources, qualifying prospects, originating new accounts, growing customers, and managing sales of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish New Accounts: Plan and organize a daily work schedule to call on potential clients, with a weekly expectation of 7 appointments set.
- Develop Referral Partnerships: Establish relationships with other dental industry sales professionals to expand our network and generate new leads.
- Track Outreach: Monitor all calls, visits, and other outreach efforts into our company's CRM system.
- Attend Business Events: Participate in business lunches, dinners, sales meetings, conferences, job fairs, and other business development functions as appropriate.
- Forecast Sales Targets: Provide regular feedback to management on sales performance and forecast future sales targets.
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrate a track record of success in dental sales and negotiations.
- Autonomy and Teamwork: Show the ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and understand the importance of delivering high-quality results.
- Sales Techniques and Pipeline Management: Familiarity with different sales techniques and the ability to manage a sales pipeline.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in the MS Office suite of software and CRM systems.
- Reliable Transportation: Possess a reliable vehicle and be willing to work flexible hours.
