Job Title: Independent Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Representative to join our team at Safilo USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing and servicing existing accounts, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Dallas, TX market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and increase market share for Safilo USA's portfolio of products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the market and our products to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Safilo USA's products to customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the local sales representative team to share best practices, leverage each other's expertise, and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, using this information to inform your sales strategy and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of success in growing and servicing existing accounts, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of the optical industry, including fashion, contemporary, and sports lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales situations and develop effective solutions.
