Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at PeopleShare. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and developing long-term relationships with physicians and staff inside hospitals and surgery centers. You will prospect, manage, and grow sales opportunities within your territory, manage the sales process, prepare sales reports and analytics, and provide superior customer-centric results by serving as the liaison between the company and customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and Develop Long-Term Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and staff inside hospitals and surgery centers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect, Manage, and Grow Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory, manage the sales process, and grow existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage Sales Process: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, manage sales reports and analytics, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Provide Superior Customer-Centric Results: Serve as the liaison between the company and customer, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide In-Depth Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • 2+ Years Outside Business-to-Business Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Goal-Driven, Motivated, and Organized: A self-motivated and organized individual with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Proven Sales Success: A proven track record of sales success, with a strong ability to communicate the value of our products and services to customers.
  • Clean Background and Driving Record: A clean background and driving record, with a valid driver's license.
