About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong business relationships with our clients, delivering a consultative, needs-based selling approach to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide solutions to drive business growth.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our presence in the market.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, financials and industry trends.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, ability to work effectively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
