Role Responsibilities

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
  • Providing in-depth knowledge about our product offerings, guiding customers through our "Good, Better, and Best" product lines.
  • Engaging with the community through local outreach and events to drive customer traffic.
  • Representing Cycle Gear at special events, such as motorcycle shows and races.
  • Meeting daily sales targets in a friendly and competitive environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
  • At least 1 year of experience in product sales.
  • A positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for delivering personalized retail experiences.
  • Willingness to learn and engage with the riding community.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and POS technology (experience with RetailPro is a plus).
  • A strong interest or knowledge of motorcycle riding is highly desirable.
