Position Overview: Regional Sales Consultant

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Regional Sales Consultant to enhance yoga product and membership sales by nurturing relationships and delivering exceptional experiences for our students. This role will collaborate closely with multiple Area/Studio/District Managers to drive sales through a positive and enthusiastic approach. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to establish rapport quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with new and existing students to facilitate an outstanding CorePower Yoga experience.
  • Generate leads through classes, events, and studio inquiries.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to drive membership conversions.
  • Support the development of in-studio and market engagement initiatives.
  • Enhance brand visibility through events and relationship-building with local businesses.
  • Recognize and prioritize top students and VIP members, ensuring a high level of hospitality.
  • Manage marketing materials, ensuring they are current and well-stocked.
  • Communicate effectively with Field and Studio Support Center Leadership regarding important updates.
  • Accountable for achieving shared membership and student financial objectives.
  • Oversee the student experience in the studio, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Utilize and train others on the POS system to ensure effective sales processes.
  • Achieve monthly membership targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Friendly and optimistic demeanor, with a collaborative spirit.
  • Passion for community building and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in subscription-based products, is preferred.
  • Ability to represent and embody the CorePower Yoga brand values.
  • Physical capability to perform the job, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
