About the Role

Patterson Companies is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our Animal Health International team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our predominately cattle, equine, and swine production customers and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong working relationships with customers, sales representatives, and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless order entry and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Communicate customer requirements and expectations to the outside sales representative or management team to ensure effective product recommendations and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and services through proactive communication with customers.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including processing customer transactions, maintaining accurate records, and generating reports.
Requirements
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Proven customer service and organizational skills.
  • Observable accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • General computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office.
