As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members over the phone. This includes assisting with account inquiries, providing financial information, and processing various transactions.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing accurate and timely information to members regarding their accounts and financial services
  • Processing loan payments, deposit verifications, and lien releases
  • Matching members' needs with our credit union products and services
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Ability to cross-sell credit union services and products
  • Basic knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills
  • Proven organizational and multitasking skills

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
