Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers
  • Communicate with service technicians to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Perform outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding account balances
  • Receive payments from past due customers
  • Navigate our Windows-based and web-based systems to communicate with customers and team members
  • Utilize strong listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

  • 2 years of proven customer service experience
  • 1 year of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • High School/GED or equivalent; some college or Bachelor's degree preferred
