Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Panna Knows in Ewing, NJ. This role will provide administrative support to various industry teams and be responsible for coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and calendar management.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate travel arrangements for multiple executives, including transportation, accommodation, and expenses.
- Manage the executives' calendars, making appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters.
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering when necessary.
- Schedule and attend weekly team and staff meetings as an active participant.
- Collaborate with various staff and departments to administratively support projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of professional administrative experience.
- Meeting and workshop organization experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Team player with ability to work autonomously.
- A hybrid work environment in our Ewing, NJ office.
