We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Inficare. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to program staff on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Review participant files to ensure accuracy of data migrated from SPARQ to GPMS
  • Track durational limit, slots, new intakes, exits, and follow-ups
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff both verbally and in writing
  • Provide project management guidance, methods, system tools, and metrics for consistent project outcomes
  • Develop methods for measuring effectiveness and sustainability and conduct periodic assessments
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing technical assistance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with a team and independently
  • Computer proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams
  • Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
