Electrical Power and Propulsion Systems Integration Position

R&P Technologies is a defense contractor providing engineering services to government clients. We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Power and Propulsion Ship Integration Lead to join our team in the Washington, DC area.

The successful candidate will provide key leadership to the ship design and technical teams supporting the U.S. Navy's next generation of guided missile destroyers. This includes providing engineering leadership and electrical power and propulsion subject matter expertise as the Integrated Power System Ship (IPS) Integration Lead.

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and at least 8 years of experience in electrical engineering ship design on Navy or Maritime programs are required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in standard electrical system design and analysis software, and exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills are also essential.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
