We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marine Systems Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge sonar and communication systems for autonomous underwater vehicles, undersea systems, and various marine applications.

As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in electrical, ocean, or mechanical engineering, acoustics, or a related field to drive innovation and excellence in maritime technology.

  • Expertise:
  • Digital communications, maritime hardware design, robotics, and acoustic signal processing
  • Experience with marine hardware design including sensor arrays and low power embedded processors
  • Strong project leadership and proposal writing skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
  • Expert Matlab programming skills
  • Experience with C/C++ and Linux programming

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical, ocean, mechanical engineering, acoustics, or a related field
  • Experience: Several years of experience in developing and/or designing sonar and/or communication systems
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading proposals and new business captures

The estimated salary for this position is $180,000 - $225,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
