We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marine Electrical Engineer to join our team at THOR Solutions, LLC. As a senior-level engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the US Coast Guard's Ship Design Team and providing expertise in specialized Marine Electrical fields. If you have a strong background in electric propulsion, machinery control, power generation or distribution systems, and a familiarity with U.S. Federal or commercial shipbuilding programs, standards, and regulations, we encourage you to apply. This role requires a deep understanding of U.S. Navy Power Distribution Architecture, USN, USCG, ABS, and/or commercial ship design rules and regulations, as well as relevant certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) license, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, DHS Systems Engineering certification, and DHS Program Management certification. In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Your compensation will be commensurate with your experience and qualifications, with an anticipated pay range of $110,000 - 140,000.
