Golf Operations Team Member

At The Hawthorns Golf & Country Club, we are seeking a Golf Operations Team Member to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a seamless golfing experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch service to members and guests, exceeding their expectations and enhancing their golf experience.
- Engage and welcome members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Set up, maintain, and take down practice facilities daily.
- Prepare, stage, store, and maintain golf cars for daily play.
- Servicing member and guest clubs following the round.
- Assist the Outside Services Manager throughout the day.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform duties in a golfing environment.
Our award-winning clubhouse is the social hub of club life, offering a variety of dining atmospheres for members. Members also have access to an outdoor heated Junior Olympic pool, fully equipped fitness center, childcare, children's playground, men's and ladies' locker rooms, and six outdoor tennis courts. In addition, they have access to secure private meeting rooms with the assistance of a personalized party planner.
We are proud to offer our members a championship-level, 18-hole golf course, including a full swing green grass driving range, practice chipping & pitching area, a practice putting green, and a fully equipped Golf Shop with the latest in merchandise and equipment.
The Club sponsors many social functions throughout the year, including Romantic Valentine's Dinner, Ladies Luncheon & Fashion Show, Easter & Mother's Day Brunches, Independence Day Celebration, Music Under the Stars, Family Fall Festival, Father/Daughter Dance, Santa Brunch, Candlelight Dinners, and New Year's Celebrations.
