Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Area Supervisor to join our team at ResCare Community Living. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities and ensuring the highest quality of care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in supervising staff and managing budgets. You will be responsible for ensuring that our service sites are operating within budgetary guidelines and that staff are deployed appropriately to meet the needs of our clients.

As a Residential Area Supervisor, you will also be responsible for conducting performance reviews, providing feedback and oversight on staff documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the provision of assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Manage budgets and ensure service sites are operating within budgetary guidelines

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a Social Science degree
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Previous experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or related disorders
  • Experience in managing systems, processes, and people
