Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Department Manager to join our team at Ed Martin Automotive Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Parts Department and ensuring its success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the Parts Department, including inventory management and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve department profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and coach a team of Parts Department associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Service, to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a Parts Department and personnel.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems.
