About the Role:
We are seeking charismatic and hard-working team members to join our team at Pies & Pints. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a team-based environment by helping with cleanliness of the dining room, running side work, and helping out wherever is needed.
- Greet every guest with a genuine smile and in a professional manner.
- Walk guests through our food and beer menu items and make suggestions on items that will best fit their needs.
Requirements:
- Ability to work with a team and actively engage with the other team members to achieve a common goal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow all sanitation procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
