Job Summary

Carter-Haston is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of the leasing process, including conducting community and apartment tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete day-to-day transactions and tasks related to the operation of your assigned community.
  • Conduct community and apartment tours that result in new leases by highlighting features and providing information on the community and surrounding neighborhood.
  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the community, encompassing neighborhood/employer outreach plans, social media, digital marketing review, online reputation building, resident event coordination, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain organization of resident files; process applications, credit screenings, and criminal background checks; and prepare lease agreements and renewals.
  • Consistently follow up with prospective residents to finalize decisions and ensure customer satisfaction via phone call and email.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all residents, prospects, vendors, and other community members.
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention by following established industry standards and company policies.

Requirements
  • Six months to one year experience in Property Management Leasing and Sales and/or Relatable Customer Service/Sales Role.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/OneDrive).
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays if applicable.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
