About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Office Lead Analyst to join our team at Novelis Corporate HQ. As a key member of our Transformation Office, you will play a critical role in providing analytical and reporting support to our Portfolio teams and the Transformation Office central team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Reports: Understand business needs and data sources to provide answers to relevant questions, structure and automate reports to minimize the time required to repeat analysis.
  • Maintaining Reports and Data: Modify and reconcile reports when underlying data structures change, use judgment to exclude outlier initiatives that skew reporting.
  • Developing CEO and Board Communications: Summarize key takeaways from V3x30 meetings, communicate in a structured, top-down manner, produce documents of the highest presentation quality.
  • Develop Dashboards and Potential Data Deep-Dives for V3x30 discussions.
  • Provide Ad-Hoc Problem Solving and work with key stakeholders to drive issues to resolution in development of targets, development of V3x30 governance, reconciliation with actual financials or other sources, accolade configuration changes, developing communications drafts (including workshop materials).
  • Lead Preparation of Regular and Ad-Hoc Analysis and Reports for corporate or regional financial organizations as required.
  • Identify Opportunities to Streamline and Improve Reporting Processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Economics.
  • Previous Work Experience in Strategy or Business Development.
  • Strong Attention to Detail.
  • Pragmatic Problem-Solver (80/20).
  • Ability to Work Effectively in a High-Pace Environment.
  • Ability to Communicate Well with Roles of All Levels.
  • Modeling Knowledge.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business or Economics.
  • Previous Work Experience in Business Consulting Company.
  • Proficiency on the Development of Power Bi.
