We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Analyst to join our Transformation Management Office.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in spearheading and supporting organizational change initiatives, ensuring that projects are executed with precision and yield significant performance enhancements.

This role demands a strategic mindset coupled with robust analytical capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of business transformation methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bridge the divide between the transformation process and technical solution development, ensuring IT solutions are in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Evaluate existing business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Lead the mapping of enterprise processes to illustrate both current and future states, with a focus on financial, operational, and commercial systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that fulfill the business requirements of the Transformation Management Office, including the creation of visual mock-ups.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication and mutual understanding.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Assist project managers in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project activities, while identifying potential risks to project KPIs.
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and prepare detailed reports and presentations to convey findings to stakeholders.
  • Support change management strategies to facilitate seamless transitions during transformation initiatives, engaging with employees at all levels to encourage adoption and minimize resistance.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline. An advanced degree (MBA, Master's) is preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years in business transformation, project management, or a related area, with a proven history of leading successful transformation projects.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, SQL) and project management software (e.g., MS Project).

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports for diverse audiences.

Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to influence and inspire others, along with experience in managing and developing teams.

Adaptability:
Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
