Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives. Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities, identifying potential risks to project KPIs. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Support the TMO change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions during transformation initiatives. Engage with employees at all levels to promote adoption and minimize resistance. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business transformation, project management, or a related field. Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, SQL) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create compelling presentations and reports for diverse audiences. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence and inspire others. Experience in managing and developing teams.
