We are seeking a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join our team as a Senior Business Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our presence across the US and Canada, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
About the Role- This is an autonomous role with high levels of independence, allowing you to develop your own sales strategies, manage your schedule, and drive your success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the US and Canada.
- Build relationships with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value of our products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
- Manage your sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to the leadership team.
- Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of acquiring new customers and developing accounts.
- Experience in the Flexo market (not the products, which can be taught).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively.
- The ability to overcome objections with creative solutions and work independently.
- Collaborative skills and the ability to work with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
