About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team as a Logistics Account Growth Specialist. This role involves meeting and exceeding sales targets, creating a business from new and existing customer accounts, and managing negotiations with senior-level executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Create a business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

Qualifications:

Candidates should have 2-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience inside and outside sales preferred. Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems, strong computer and verbal communication skills are also essential. A logistics background is helpful but not required, as we provide company training both online and in-person. We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 (based on experience) plus uncapped commission.
