About the Role

The Executive Director, Business Growth will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion within the assigned sales territory. This will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to build new business relationships and expand existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning: Develop overall sales strategies for assigned new business prospects and revenue growth in current clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct analysis of local market opportunity and LHH market share to inform sales strategies.
  • Strategy Implementation: Plan and execute sales strategies, including implementation planning and execution.
  • Quarterly Review: Conduct quarterly reviews to determine progress towards sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Enterprise Sales Director, SVP of Sales – West Region, Account Services Team, Contract Support Team, Opportunity Management Team (RFP's), Practice Leader (ICEO), Solutions Consultant (Mobility), and GAD sellers to determine total revenue strategy.
  • Competitive Research: Conduct research to gather competitive data and market trends.
  • Revenue Targets: Ultimate responsibility for meeting assigned revenue and profitability targets across all LHH lines of business.
  • Reporting and Updates: Provide regular updates to Sales Leadership regarding sales activity, including client visits, first-in new business meetings, current client updates, ongoing account proposals, win/loss record with details, shopper rates, conversion and engagement rates, pipeline reports and progress toward quarterly and annual revenue and profitability targets.
  • National Account Team-Sell: Fulfills assigned role and responsibilities in a national account team-sell.
  • Client Project Delivery: Coordinates closely with operations team and project services on delivery of local and national client projects.
  • Proposal Process: Supports the proposal process, creates, and presents winning client presentations, and follows national pricing guidelines.
  • Marketing Support: Ensures that marketing activities support sales strategies and priorities.
  • Local Marketing Events: Plans and generates measurable ROI for local marketing events, including evaluation of participation, events success, and compliance with tracking.
  • Community Involvement: Increases local awareness of LHH through active participation within the community and industry-related organizations.
  • Professional Development: Continually seeks professional development opportunities and self-improvement activities.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in a professional sales environment.
  • Industry Experience: Experience selling career, mobility, and redeployment solutions is a plus.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to develop credible relationships with all levels of management.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized self-starter who enjoys prospecting and cold calls.
  • Communication Skills: Highly developed presentation and communication skills.
  • Team Player: Team player who effectively draws on others in order to maximize the firm's resources.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated basic computer skills with a general understanding of technological sales support techniques.
  • Community Involvement: Active community involvement.
