Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input payroll data into the ADP system and prepare Excel spreadsheets for data import
  • Manage monthly commission and bonus disbursements
  • Update employee records and payroll information in ADP, including salary adjustments
  • Develop innovative solutions to enhance payroll efficiency
  • Assist HR personnel with various requests and projects
  • Process wage garnishments and 401K updates in ADP
  • Address payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
  • Collaborate closely with accounting teams across all dealerships
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience with ADP Workforce is required
  • Experience in multistate payroll processing is advantageous
  • An Associate's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with Report Building in ADP Workforce Now is a plus
  • Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are essential
