The Challenge

As a key member of the Global Total Rewards team at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., the Compensation Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of compensation programs that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with salary planning activities, market data requests, and compensation research to ensure accurate and competitive compensation practices.
  • Prepare and present compensation recommendations to stakeholders, including HR and business partners.
  • Support the global year-end compensation process, ensuring timely and accurate compensation calculations and distributions.
  • Provide analytical support to the Compensation team on quarterly reporting, including bonus accrual and other analysis as needed.
  • Use published compensation data to evaluate compensation trends in the market and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain internal processes for compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience supporting mid-sized companies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Compensation, HR, Finance, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of compensation structure, market pricing, and general annual compensation planning.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
