Contact Center Supervisor - Onsite

Important Note: This role involves working with patients experiencing severe mental health challenges, which may be distressing for some individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage analytical insights to manage complex processes effectively.
- Oversee performance metrics, policies, and operational procedures.
- Identify and implement enhancements to customer service protocols in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Provide essential coaching, constructive feedback, and conduct performance assessments.
- Inspire and lead a high-achieving customer care team, promoting a productive and results-driven atmosphere.
Key Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in customer service supervision.
- Experience in high-volume customer service leadership or call center management.
- Skilled in identifying, coaching, and evaluating core competencies and performance indicators.
- Genuine commitment to supporting individuals facing mental health challenges.
- Proven ability to make informed decisions under competing priorities.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Exceptional skills in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Comfortable interacting with professionals at all organizational levels.
