The Opportunity
As a key member of the Spot AI Sales Management Team, you will play a crucial role in establishing our sales strategy and driving growth within the SMB and mid-market sectors across the country. Your leadership will empower a team of Account Executives to secure new business and nurture existing client relationships.
Your Contributions

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6-7 Account Executives focused on the SMB and mid-market segments.
- Oversee quarterly sales forecasting and conduct pipeline reviews.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance sales effectiveness and revenue growth.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Spot AI's product offerings.
- Monitor key performance metrics to ensure team success throughout the sales process.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with clients and prospects at all organizational levels.
- Manage contract negotiations and deal closures effectively.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape to develop compelling proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for the sales team.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven tech sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas.
- 2+ years of experience managing a sales team focused on SMB clients.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams to exceed performance targets.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- A degree in business or a related field is preferred.
