Office Administrator

Arium AE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Columbia MD headquarters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, providing exceptional support to our employees, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team and employees
- Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases
- Facilities Management
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office facilities
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services
- Special Events
- Plan and coordinate special events, such as vendor lunches, happy hours, and holiday parties
- Payroll and Invoicing
- Assist with payroll processing and invoicing
- Employee Onboarding
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees
- Communication
- Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and vendors
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or a related field
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
