Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team and employees
    • Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office facilities
    • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services
  • Special Events
    • Plan and coordinate special events, such as vendor lunches, happy hours, and holiday parties
  • Payroll and Invoicing
    • Assist with payroll processing and invoicing
  • Employee Onboarding
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees
  • Communication
    • Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and vendors
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
