Key Responsibilities
  • Processes customer service requests received from support personnel; oversees, adjusts, and reschedules workload as necessary; reviews system-generated reports and prepares for subsequent operations.
  • Creates, finalizes, and cancels service requests.
  • Supports the Customer Support Center by establishing service accounts, setting up services, and generating meter orders.
  • Coordinates urgent service requests and dispatches them to technicians.
  • Investigates and resolves meter discrepancies and may adjust customer accounts as needed.
  • Manages, schedules, and processes meter reading routes, prioritizes service calls, and organizes orders for construction and maintenance teams.
  • Prepares and maintains daily location reports.
  • Generates and tracks various logs and reports regularly (e.g., leak logs, new service requests, exceptions).
  • Assists in the management of overdue notices and monitors special accounts to prevent disconnections.
  • Records financial and consumption adjustments for customer accounts.
  • Codes, verifies, and processes invoices from vendors and contractors.
  • Enters and validates employee time records and payroll documentation; may maintain engineering systems and prepare monthly financial reports.
  • May initiate and confirm purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Facilitates communication between service and maintenance teams by providing relevant information.
  • Offers administrative and clerical assistance to field operations.
  • Performs additional related tasks as required.

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with two years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Communication Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers to gather and provide essential information.


Numerical Skills:
Competence in performing basic arithmetic operations.

Computer Skills:
Proficient in computer operations for data entry, reporting, and information retrieval.

Work Environment:
Office-based role requiring occasional physical activities such as bending, stooping, and lifting.
