Financial Reporting Specialist

NorthPoint Search Group Inc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to support the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial analysis, with experience in preparing financial statements, account reconciliations, and daily, monthly, and annual financial reporting. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in inventory management, financial controls, and projections. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with month-end close, preparing account reconciliations, and conducting account analysis. The Financial Reporting Specialist will also assist with AP, AR, and cash flow management, and will have the opportunity to evaluate and further develop financial controls and projections. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 1-3 years of related corporate general accounting experience. Strong analytical and accounting skills, with a strong understanding of GAAP, are required. Advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is also necessary. Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills, are essential for this role. Experience with accounting for leases and/or contracts is a plus.
