Key Responsibilities

Your Role:
As the face of our clinics, the Patient Care Coordinator is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for our patients and enhancing their hearing capabilities.

Additionally, this role supports clinic operations by driving revenue goals through patient engagement, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating patient interactions.


  • Facilitate patient appointments and contribute to clinic revenue by reaching out to potential and existing patients.
  • Welcome all patients and seek potential referrals while understanding current marketing initiatives.
  • Perform data entry and schedule appointments using established protocols and internal scheduling software.
  • Maintain a patient-ready office environment by managing office supply inventory according to approved lists.
  • Accurately manage petty cash, bank deposits, and credit transactions.
  • Oversee hearing aid inventory.
  • Collaborate with patients to gather insurance documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations.


Qualifications

As the representative of our office, you will need proactive customer service skills and the ability to maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor in all patient interactions.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a front office role, ideally in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and support services.
  • Proficiency in handling sensitive matters with tact, courtesy, and discretion.
  • Technologically adept, with intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
