Key Responsibilities

Who You Are:
As the representative of our clinics, the Patient Care Coordinator is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for all patients while contributing to the clinic's revenue goals.

This role involves attracting new patients, managing administrative functions, and coordinating patient interactions effectively.


  • Facilitate patient appointments and contribute to clinic revenue by reaching out to potential and existing patients.
  • Welcome all patients and gather potential referrals while staying informed about current marketing initiatives.
  • Perform data entry and schedule appointments using company protocols and internal scheduling software.
  • Maintain an organized office environment by managing inventory of office supplies according to company guidelines.
  • Oversee petty cash, bank deposits, and credit transactions accurately.
  • Manage hearing aid inventory effectively.
  • Collaborate with patients to collect insurance documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations.


Qualifications

You possess a high level of professionalism and can communicate effectively with patients in person, verbally, and in writing. This dynamic role requires strong organizational skills and a sales-oriented mindset.

As the face of our clinic, you will demonstrate proactive customer service skills and maintain a friendly demeanor in all patient interactions.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a front office role, ideally in customer service or sales.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues and support services.
  • Proficient in handling sensitive matters with tact, courtesy, and discretion.
  • Technologically adept, with intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
